A free 40-minute guided MP3 to calm your body, reorient your inner compass, and bring spiritual presence into your daily life.
Most people were taught to split themselves in half:
Spiritual life over here.
Daily life over there.
Personal growth in one lane… spiritual growth in another.
But those aren’t separate realities. They are interdependent.
This meditation is a doorway back to wholeness—where your humanity becomes steady enough to hold your spirituality… and your spirituality becomes real enough to live inside your humanity.
You’ll also receive occasional practical teachings to support your personal growth, your meditation practice, and integrating both in your daily life. You may unsubscribe at any time.

This mediation is long enough to provide real support for your inner clarity, and short enough to use regularly. You can practice it:
when you feel scattered or overstimulated
when you can’t quite find your center
when you make progress, and then slip back in old habits
to sustain the clarity and momentum you have earned
In 40 minutes, you’ll be guided to:
Calm your nervous system
Unite your personal self with Pure Awareness
Orient in your healthy sense of self
Be more centered, open, compassionate and wise, moment to moment
Practice infusing spiritual awareness into ordinary moments at home and work: decision making, relationships, conflict, difficulties, media consumption, and more
We all have egos.
Egos aren’t inherently bad, and we must stop demonizing them.
The ego simply runs the programs it is given—some programs are harmful, some are helpful.
Personal growth practices (therapy, coaching, support groups) help to unwind the harmful programming.
The helpful programming—like healthy identity, purpose, attention—becomes the container that allows us to recognize and integrate spiritual awareness, the ability to abide in Pure Awareness at will.
Because without a healthy ego, spirituality can become:
naïve
“peace and love” that can’t protect you
performative
a spiritual identity instead of spiritual maturity
disconnected
big insights that don’t change how you live
This meditation bridges those worlds so you can live as a healthy human self and be spiritually awake—as one being, not as separate parts.
This is not a “high vibe” escape. It’s a return. A return to:
a calmer body
a clearer mind
a steadier heart
a more mature spirituality that can meet real life—conflict, choices, relationships, uncertainty—with equanimity and wisdom.
You won’t be asked to pretend everything is rainbows and sunshine, nor believe that spiritual awaking is only for special people.
Pure Awareness is the foundation of our being. You’ll be guided into an inner steadiness that can abide in and as Pure Awareness, allowing you to remain open and engaged with life's joys and difficulties.

you feel overstimulated, scattered, or emotionally “full” and want to come back to center
you’ve tried spiritual practices, but they haven’t fully landed in daily life
you want genuine calm, not more tuning out
You want to abide in Pure Awareness, even when life is difficult
You want your spiritual life and personal life to be unified
About 20 minutes—long enough to create a shift, short enough to use regularly.
This mediation is long enough to provide real support for your inner clarity, and short enough to use regularly.
No. It’s a guided meditation for clear understanding, calm, expanded awareness, and embodied spiritual maturity. No belief system is required, because Pure Awareness is in us all.
Yes. This meets real humans as who and where they are—busy minds included.
John trained formally in Zen Buddhism for 18 years, complemented by yoga and qigong, and continues to practice with a Zen master. He also studies and learns from mystic Christianity and other traditions. His coaching modality is Integral coaching, which is built from Integral theory, developmental psychology, neuroscience, wisdom traditions and conscious embodiment.
You don’t need to choose between personal growth and spiritual growth.
You get to live them together—spirituality infused into daily living—not crammed into spare time or retreats away from daily life.
