A 3-session Online Course for Integrating Meditative Awareness into Your Daily Life

You’re not here to collect another concept or advice.

You’re here to build a liberated inner life you can actually live day to day—not just in brief moments or when things are going well—but even when you’re too busy, reactive, overstimulated, or discouraged.

In three sessions, you’ll learn how to:

Calm your body and mind (so your system settles and spiritual practices becomes effective)

Access clear spiritual insight, Pure Awareness, free from spacing out or bypassing your life

Create the bridge where calmness, awakening in Pure Awareness and your daily life are interdependent—and eventually simultaneous-revealing the liberation you have

been craving

Sustain your practice even when you’re distracted, frustrated, or “not doing it right”

$97 course (valued at $297) | 2 hours per week for 3 weeks

Live weekly sessions designed for clarity + integration + consistency

This is a three-session meditation course delivered over three weeks (one session per week). The weekly pacing is intentional-because integrating your liberating insights happens in daily life, not in a single burst.

The Problem Isn’t Your Mind. It’s How You Pay Attention.

Most people don’t give adequate time to stabilize inner awareness—both personal and spiritual.

Not because they’re “bad at it.” Because the outer world is loud and constant pulling at them:

The incessant email & texts, an over-loaded calendar, a mountain of responsibilities at home and work, family logistics, social media feeds, news, entertainment, advertising everywhere. The pressure to keep up with it all is toxic and life-depleting. In this state, liberation feels elusive, if not impossible.

You feel the cost when you try to sit down and meditate:

your mind is already in tomorrow, half in what you will need to do, half in what you forgot to do.

When people actually look at their day, the imbalance is obvious—hours feeding the demands and distractions of the outside world, and just a few scattered minutes feeding their inner life.

In that state, of course it’s hard to stay centered when:

you’re stuck in traffic

when someone at work, or you, drops the ball,

when your plans go skidding sideways,

and on and on…

This isn’t a character flaw. It is how we all get conditioned, day in and day out.

What It Costs When You Don’t Serve Your Inner Life

When you’re constantly outputting and rarely restoring inwardly, the cost is a state of depletion that becomes your baseline, perpetuated by:

constant demands

nagging dissatisfaction

relentless distractions

feeling physically, emotionally and mentally drained

And it doesn’t stay “mental.” It lands in the body. It affects your whole being.

When you live in a state of depletion long enough, every effort feels burdensome— focusing, completing tasks, interacting, just keeping it together. Even enjoyment feels like an effort.

The Solution: Build an Inner Foundation You Can Return To at Any Time

When inner awareness becomes consistent and stable, it feels delicious.

When inner awareness reveals Pure Awareness, it feels miraculous.

And it also feels completely ordinary—because Pure Awareness has been right here with you, all along.

There’s a gift at your feet.

It’s your liberation.

But you have to pick it up.

You have to open it.

And you have to live in to it.

When you do, life gets simpler—not because nothing challenges you, but because you stop burning energy on fear stories, confusion, outer expectations and false inner noise.

You start making choices from deep inner clarity. And each conscious act makes this clarity stronger.

And when deep inner clarity is stable, decisions and action become immeasurably easier.

If you want that clarity to stop being a rare moment—and start becoming your daily norm—this is what we practice together in Living Liberation. This is where personal authenticity and spiritual awakening unite, a liberation in wholeness that becomes your life.

How the Course Works

Three weeks. One session per week. Built for integration.

This isn’t a “cram it all into a weekend” experience. It is a clear and grounded new beginning from which you can begin to craft an awakened and integrated life. The journey never ends, yet how you begin makes all the difference in where you go.

The sessions are 2 hours per week for 3 weeks, which give you time to:

  • receive clear understanding and reorientation about personal and spiritual growth

  • implement the practices between sessions

  • integrate what you experience in body and mind

  • build consistency (instead of a temporary burst of elation)

  • stay committed to a simple integration practice that you define

That weekly rhythm matters.

Because transformation doesn’t come from intensity or force.

It comes from steady, quiet practice and reflection.

Day 1: Understanding Meditation

Calmness, Awakening, and What They Mean for Your Life

On the first day, you’ll become clear about:

  • why most people struggle to sustain a meditation practice

  • why most people struggle to access meditative awareness in daily life

  • meditation: it’s not what you think

  • calming versus Awakening

Then you’ll learn the foundational practices:

  • begin with calming (without using meditation as avoidance)

  • deepen with listening (not just the ears and brain)

  • experiencing distraction without self-attack

  • how to return—again and again—until choosing calm is second nature

You’ll leave Day 1 with practices you can do immediately.

Day 2: The Deeper Experience

Meditation as a State of Being, Not an Escape

This week is about insight that changes your life. You’ll discover:

  • what you and Pure Awareness really are

  • wisdom (staying present with what’s actually happening)

  • compassion (relating to yourself and others from profound openness and understanding)

And you’ll start noticing:

  • what is conditioned versus what is innate

  • what is reactivity versus conscious choice

  • stories that repeat themselves, and which do or do not serve

Then you’ll learn basic Awakening practices:

  • allowing instead of pushing away or grasping for

  • self-awareness leading to Pure Awareness

  • how to return—again and again—until abiding in Pure Awareness becomes your new point of self-reference

You’ll begin to experience why real spiritual development is subtraction—less and less falsehood—until what’s True becomes obvious, and the natural, effortless way to go.

Day 3: Make It Real

Integration: The Moment You Stop “Trying” and Start Living It

This is where meditation becomes your life—not a goal, obligation or escape. You’ll discover:

  • how to be present with what is and respond with wisdom and compassion

  • how to use a “trigger” as a practice point

  • how to bring the work into daily moments where you usually lose yourself

  • how to build devotion that isn’t willpower—devotion that comes from tasting what’s real

You’ll leave with a simple integration system that you can sustain after the course.

What You’ll Walk Away With

After three weeks, you’ll have:

a clear orientation as to what meditation, you and life are

meditation practices you can return to (even when life feels hard)

a more steady nervous system and better ability to concentrate

a bridge of experience from calming → meditation → Pure Awareness → responding to life with wisdom and compassion

This isn’t a character flaw. It is how we all get conditioned, day in and day out.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will this take each week?

We’ll have one 2-hour session per week, plus you’ll have simple practices between sessions. The design is realism: clarity + consistency = integration and satisfaction.

I’ve tried meditation and my mind won’t stop. Will this still work?

Yes. Meditation isn’t about “stopping thinking.” It’s about slowing down and gradually increasing the gap between thoughts to access the stillness already in you.

You are much more than a thinking mind. Come discover what that means.

Is this religious?

This is an introductory course on how to abide in Pure Awareness, and integrate that ability into your daily life. Practicing concentration to access one’s inner stillness, and to emerge with wisdom and compassion is universal to all people of all nations, cultures and traditions. Whether religious or secular, you will benefit from this course and find ways to apply the practices in any aspect of your life.

Why is it weekly instead of three consecutive days?

Weekly sessions give you time to explore the practices you learn. Information you’ll get sets the context, but it is by your own lived experience that you will have insights and be able to integrate them into your emerging new way of being.

Do I need prior meditation experience?

No. Beginners will learn the foundations. Experienced practitioners will get important reframes. Anyone at any level of experience will come out with a more whole and practical understanding of meditation.

How qualified is the facilitator?

John trained formally in Zen Buddhism for 18 years, complemented by yoga and qigong, and continues to practice with a Zen master. He also studies and learns from mystic Christianity and other traditions. His coaching modality is Integral coaching, which is built from Integral theory, developmental psychology, neuroscience, wisdom traditions and conscious embodiment.

Will there be recordings available?

No. I have found that recordings encourage absenteeism. All my courses are deeply experiential and interactive. Your presence and participation are part of what creates the benefit that you will get. Recordings do not provide that, so I do not offer them.

What’s the refund policy?

After attending the first session, if you determine the course is truly not for you, you have 48 hours from the date of the session to request a full refund. Beyond that, no refunds will be offered.
